The restaurant’s focal point will be a display case of cured meats. Pronto by Giada opened at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas earlier this month. Giada opened at The Cromwell Las Vegas in 2014. It will be De Laurentiis’ third restaurant to open with Caesars Entertainment, the majority owner of Horseshoe Casino Baltimore. It will include pastas, meatballs, fresh Maryland seafood and antipasti. GDL Italian by Giada will open in mid-April, with a menu of Italian cuisine complemented with California influences.
